Come into Bar Hygge this week!

Stop by Bar Hygge this week to try and new and refreshing cocktail of the week, created by one of our great bartenders, Nick!

This cocktail features Bluecoat gin, Demon Weed amaro, a cayenne & cardamom simple and lemon juice, served with a lemon twist. 

Nick wanted to highlight the Demon Weed amaro as well as create a cocktail that would be refreshing yet have a little bite to it. Nick worked with our kitchen staff to create the cayenne & cardamom simple to create this sweet and spicy syrup that would compliment and balance the amaro as well as bring the whole cocktail together.
